  • 1.  I can't send an email to users in a collection

    Posted Sep 23, 2021 04:03 PM
    Hi everyone,

    This is my scenario:
    I have a sharepoint list of Areas with two columns, Area and Approvers. Approvers is a type Person column with multiple values.

    In another list, when I complete the values on my sharepoint app, I want to send an email to the column User of the Area selected in my record.
    I put these users in a collection "collAprobadoresArea".

    ClearCollect(collAprobadoresArea,Distinct(Filter('AR ESO Areas', Area=ComboBoxSector.Selected.Area And Active.Value ="YES"), Approvers.Email));

    I have this formula to send the email:

    ForAll(collAprobadoresArea,
    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Result.Email,"New Email","There is a new record."))

    I try with Email.Value on the "To" parameter of the SendMailV2 but is not working.
    The "To" value is getting nonesense values.

    Thanks in advance

    Try this in the To: field of the email...

    Concat(Filter('AR ESO Areas', Area=ComboBoxSector.Selected.Area And Active.Value ="YES").Approvers, Email & ";")
