Hi Folks,

There are a group of 20 people that will work inserting information in a SharePoint List.

I want to customize the Form to insert data with PowerApps.

I want to know if I will need PowerApps licences for all 50 members.?

Most of the time they will work directly on the list, that's because I am asking. They will never develop things using PowerApps only one person will change the PowerApps Form when needed.

Hi Ricardo

Based on my understanding, if you only going to be engaging with the SharePoint list, then you won't need additional licences for the other users.
