  • 1.  Check for blanks in collection

    Posted Dec 06, 2021 03:16 AM
I have a list of request items shown in a gallery. The request items contains of 1 request item and mutliple sub items connected via request item ID.
I want to show an "i" Icon in the gallery, when there are blank fields in the request or sub items.

How can i check for blanks in a collection with mutliple items?

    I used the CountIf-formula

    Hi Fabian,

I've had problems with CountIf because it's not delegable. CountIf works fine until you hit the Data Row Limit. You can increase the Data Row Limit from the default of 500 to the maximum of 2000 in File > Settings > General:

If your data source is not likely to be more than 2000 records, you'll be fine.

    CountRows is also not delegable.

Reza Dorrani has a great YouTube video about delegation:
