We have built a PowerApp we are rolling out to the entire business and have run into a issue were some are asked to sign up for a free trial. I spoke with Microsoft and they said it should be a part of our E3 licensing. Is it possible that it is enabled for some users but not all? For example, 1 user was asked to sign up for a free trial today in testing but, another user had no issues, see the screenshot. I asked MS and they suggested this could be the issue with our IT department providing all of the ES license types. This app is intended for internal use only and can be accessed through Sharepoint or the URL. It points to a Sharepoint list that all have access too and there is a flow but only connected to the Sharepoint list, not the PowerApp. Any help is needed, we were going to roll it out this week. I made it and have the license, do I need to have the type changed, as everyone with O365 credentials will be using it, could be 2000+
