Yes, all users that need access to the data would need all SharePoint lists connected to the app shared with them at the appropriate level (read and/or write depending on what they need to do in the app).------------------------------

Hi hajiba,
If you want to use Excel (not a good choice if you have SharePoint available), then all tables/files need to be shared with all users and all files must be closed other than the Power Apps connections. Also be very careful doing any changes directly in Excel.

Hi everyone,
i created a Power Apps application and it worked so well for me, but when i shared with my colleagues at work it shows some errors such as the must of sharing all the datas i used in the app with them (excel files , Lists,..)
Also is it obligatory for all the data files i use in the app to be closed so the application works?
** The app contains ( multiple Patch functions)
